Questionnaires can be handed out or sent directly on the spot (letter post or e-mail). For online questionnaires, the link to the survey will be sent. Afterwards the questionnaires must be evaluated standardized manually or computer-aided. SPSS is the standard program for statistics analysis.
The target or user group must be defined. Define main topics that are coordinated (from coarse to fine). The questions must be clearly formulated. There are different types of questions (Check, enter values, scale, free text). A maximum of about 25 questions. Depending on relevance, personal details can be requested (voluntarily). In order to obtain comparable answers, the same conditions must apply to each respondent. Each survey must be conducted consistently with or without influence or support.
