MoSCoW Voting This method can bei applied during online meetings. IAK method

Quickly making decisions and prioritizing a large amount of topics without getting lost in details

The MoSCoW (voting) method makes it easy to prioritize requirements, features, or even user or job stories. Teams can quickly go over topics and understand the customer's view and their essential needs. MoSCoW is an acronym and stands for MUST, SHOULD, COULD, WILL NOT.

If you have to quickly make decisions with many people on many points or topics, you can also create a prioritization list relatively quickly with the help of voting cards without getting lost in endless discussions.

The idea with the voting cards is based on the MoSCoW method.
