Six participants each write three proposed solutions to the task on a paper. After every five minutes, the paper is passed on to the neighbor. Each participant follows the proposals already listed and adds new ideas (further development of the proposals). Each participant writes a further solution to each basic idea.This step is repeated until each participant has processed each piece of paper once. The fifth time the paper arrives at the original author again. The generated ideas and proposed solutions are analyzed and evaluated. The best ones are processed during the project. A moderator is not needed.
If you use a cloud storage service or any other cloud service where you can collaborate and write together on the same document or a shared document, you can do this method also remotely.
